Refund Me

If you made purchases on behalf of City Gates out of your own pocket, email accounts@citygates.ca with the following information:

  • Purpose of purchase
  • Date of Purchase
  • Tax Amount
  • Total Amount (incl. tax)
  • Attached scan/photo of receipt. 

 

NOTE: Reimbursement cheques are processed at the beginning of each month. Receipts older than 90 days are not eligible for reimbursement.
